Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the ShoutOut mobile app and website, operated by LABYRINTHGLOBALSOLS INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED ("ShoutOut", "we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use ShoutOut. You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for keeping your login secure. One person or business may not impersonate another.

2. What ShoutOut does

ShoutOut is a marketplace that lets businesses find and pay social media creators for promotions. Each collaboration is an agreement between the business and the creator. ShoutOut provides the platform, messaging and payment flow, and is not a party to the creative work itself.

3. Payments and the ShoutOut Wallet

Businesses add money to the ShoutOut Wallet through Razorpay. Wallet balance can only be used to pay creators on ShoutOut and is not a bank account and earns no interest. Prices for promotions are agreed between businesses and creators. Current fees are listed on our Pricing page.

4. Creator obligations

Creators must deliver the agreed content on time, disclose paid partnerships as required by law and by each social platform's rules, and only claim follower counts and metrics that are accurate.

5. Business obligations

Businesses must describe campaigns accurately, only promote lawful products and services, and review delivered work promptly and in good faith.

6. Prohibited conduct

You may not use ShoutOut for fraud, fake engagement, spam, harassment, illegal or adult content, or to move payments off the platform to avoid fees or protections. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

8. Liability

ShoutOut is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for the content, conduct or results of any collaboration between users. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid through ShoutOut in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will show the new date above. You may close your account at any time (see Delete account).

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, India have jurisdiction.
